• Children aged 0-4 can enter free of charge
• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Seniors aged 65+, youth aged 16-17, and students aged 18+ with a valid photo ID are eligible for the reduced ticket

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• For security reasons, Hampton Court Palace is not able to offer luggage facilities. Please find alternate arrangements for large bags before the visit

• Balls, frisbees, and roller-blades are not allowed in the formal gardens or the palace

• Cycling and scooters are not allowed in any part of the courtyards or gardens

• Electric buggies are allowed for outdoor use only

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

How to redeem

• Enter the venue directly with your voucher

• For groups larger than 6 individuals, please make sure to print your voucher in advance and present it at the main entrance for scanning upon arrival

• Please arrive at the venue within your selected 30-minute timeslot specified on your voucher

• If you arrive late (30 minutes after your timeslot), the admissions team will try their best to allocate you in the next available timeslot. However, there is no guarantee as the timeslots for the day may already be fully booked
