• Zone 2: Airport (IDR10,000 for delivery and return service to be paid directly during delivery)
• Zone 3: Kuta (IDR30,000 for delivery and return service to be paid directly during delivery)
• Zone 4: Canggu, Kerobokan, Sanur, Denpasar, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua (IDR50,000 for delivery and return service to be paid directly during delivery)
• Zone 5: Ubud, Gianyar, and Uluwatu (IDR100,000 for delivery and return service to be paid directly during delivery)
• All surcharges are payable directly to the operator
