• Off-season: Dates other than shoulder season and peak season

[Play Instructions]

• 1. With the snow card, you can choose to collect single-board or double-board skiing equipment. Exchanges are not supported after collection.
• 2. On the day of your visit, please be sure to bring the valid identification document of the visitor. Those whose identification documents presented on the day of the visit do not match the information on the ticket purchase documents will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their right to use the ticket, will not be able to enter the ski resort, and the ticket will not be refunded or changed.
• 3. Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code will result in inability to enter the ski resort normally, and you will need to purchase another ticket. After collecting your ski card, please keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the ski resort and play normally due to loss or damage, they will need to purchase another ticket. During your visit, please always keep your ticket and cooperate by presenting it when checked by staff.

• 1. Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any condition that a doctor has advised against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, have consumed alcohol, or your behavior is affected by medication, please choose to participate cautiously based on your physical condition.
• 2. Minors should be accompanied by adults when skiing. It is not recommended for the elderly to participate in skiing.
• 3. It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that includes skiing activities in advance. Please carefully read and comply with all safety tips, venue rules, and equipment usage instructions within the venue, such as the "Entry Notice," "Security Check Notice," "Skier Notice," "Skier Behavior Rules," and "Skier Behavior and Safety Guidelines." Please pay attention to various warning and reminder signs within the venue and comply with relevant regulations.
• 4. The venue has ski trails of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Beginners skiing on intermediate or advanced slopes are prone to sports injuries. Additionally, the venue features areas such as jumps, kickers, props, and terrain parks, which require advanced skiing skills to use. Please choose your activities carefully based on your skiing ability, ensure you stay within your skill level while playing, and pay attention to skiing safety.
• 5. Please wear a ski helmet throughout the entire process. It is recommended to bring and wear safety protective gear such as gloves, goggles, face masks, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip pads to minimize the risk of injury.
• 6. Please select ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, you need to check whether the rented ski equipment is in good condition, whether the pressure value of the double-board release mechanism matches your height, weight, and shoe size, whether the release torque value of the double-board binding is appropriate, and whether the angle and spacing of the single-board binding are appropriate. If it is not suitable, you should promptly inform the staff of the reason and request adjustment or replacement.
• 7. It is recommended that beginners hire a ski instructor for guidance before going on the slopes. Ski instruction services are available on-site; please purchase as needed.
• 8. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors:
• (1) Playing outside the scope of product benefits (including regions, projects, etc.), conducting ski instruction without prior registration or permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, online live streaming, private selling, acquiring or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or improper use for other purposes.
• (2) Allowing others to use one's product rights through transfer, resale, or lending, etc.
• (3) Any dangerous, illegal, or offensive behavior exists
• (4) Acts that seriously affect the normal operation of the ski resort and seriously endanger the personal and property safety of others.
• (5) Other improper conduct
• In the event of the above, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without bearing liability for compensation or other breaches of contract:
• (1) You will be added to the tourist blacklist, including the Guangzhou Resnow Miracle blacklist (you will not be able to enter Guangzhou Resnow Miracle), the Resnow Miracle brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter Resnow Miracle ski resorts and other cooperative ski resorts in various locations), and the industry alliance blacklist.
• (2) Revoke, invalidate, or freeze your products and benefits; any unused remaining period/fees will not be extended, postponed, or refunded.
• (3) A penalty of 30% of the order amount will be charged. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further recovery will be pursued.
• 9. Smoking is prohibited in the ski resort (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other smoke-producing products). To create a pleasant recreational environment, please do not smoke in the ski resort, otherwise, the ski resort will add you to the tourist blacklist, and you will be prohibited from entering the park for 15 days.
• 10. If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur during the operation of facilities and equipment within the ski resort, they will need to be shut down for inspection. This may result in the temporary suspension or closure of some facilities and equipment without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extensions or refunds will be provided.
• 11. Due to factors such as capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of recreational activities may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcement made by the ski resort on the day of your visit.
• 12. Please cooperate with security checks before entering. Do not bring flammable, explosive, or dangerous items, state-controlled equipment, or items with safety hazards. Personal selling by tourists is prohibited within the ski resort, and please do not bring excessive items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other food items (except infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues; please consume them before entering.

[Play Instructions]

• 1. On the day of your visit, please be sure to bring the valid identification of the visitor. If the identification presented on the day of the visit does not match the information on the ticket, it will be considered an automatic waiver of the right to use the ticket, and entry to the ski resort will be denied, with no refunds or changes to the ticket.
• 2. Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code will result in inability to enter the ski resort normally, and you will need to purchase another ticket. After collecting your ski card, please keep it safe. If a visitor is unable to enter the ski resort and play normally due to loss or damage, another ticket will need to be purchased. During your visit, please always keep your ticket and cooperate by presenting it when staff check.
• 3. This product is limited to the tourist snow play area. Please do not bring ski equipment. If found, staff have the right to refuse ski equipment entry into the snowfield. Please do not wear ski boots into the snow play area.

[Project Play Restrictions]

• When experiencing the project, there are requirements regarding the player's height, weight, age, and accompaniment. Please choose suitable projects to play; minors should participate in the play experience accompanied by adults; play restrictions are as follows. If there are any changes, please refer to the announcements at the ski resort.
• (1) Adventure Trail: For visitors over 1.4 meters tall and under 100KG in weight. Not suitable for those with acrophobia.
• (2) Ice Bumper Cars: Minors under 1 meter in height must be accompanied by an adult.
• (3) Ice Bicycle: Limited to tourists over 1 meter in height.
• (4) Flower Sea Snow Tube: Limited to tourists over 1.2 meters tall and under 110KG in weight. Visitors over 50 years old or suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar vertebral fracture, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and those advised by a doctor not to engage in strenuous exercise are prohibited from participating.
• (5) Rose Glacier Slide: Only for tourists taller than 1.2 meters. Visitors aged 50 or above, or those with heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar or rib fractures, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other conditions deemed unsuitable for strenuous exercise by a doctor, are not permitted to participate.
• (6) Dreamy Snowfall Zone: No age, height, or weight restrictions.

[Safety and Security Check Notice]

• 1. Some of the amusement rides in the venue are thrilling and exciting. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any illness that a doctor has advised against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, have consumed alcohol, or your behavior is affected by medication, please choose your activities carefully based on your actual physical condition.
• 2. Minors should be accompanied by adults when playing. It is not recommended for the elderly to participate in thrilling and exciting ice and snow activities.
• 3. Please read carefully and consciously abide by all safety tips, venue rules, and amusement facility usage guidelines within the ski resort, such as the "Admission Notice" and "Snow Entertainment Project Play Notice"; please pay attention to and comply with the project play notice, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs, loudspeaker broadcasts, and other guidance content displayed on site.
• 4. Please use the on-site amusement equipment and facilities in a standardized manner and follow the arrangements of the on-site staff. Please always pay attention to safety during play (be aware of avoiding others, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.), and do not linger in the stop areas or buffer zones of the amusement rides.
• 5. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors:
• (1) Playing outside the scope of product benefits (including regions, projects, etc.), conducting ski lessons without prior registration or permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, online live streaming, private selling, acquiring or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or improper use for other purposes.
• (2) Allowing others to use one's product rights through transfer, resale, or lending, etc.
• (3) Any dangerous, illegal, or offensive behavior exists
• (4) Acts that seriously affect the normal operation of the ski resort and seriously endanger the personal and property safety of others.
• (5) Other improper conduct
• In the event of the above, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without bearing liability for compensation or other breaches of contract:
• (1) You will be added to the tourist blacklist, including the Guangzhou Resnow Miracle blacklist (you will not be able to enter Guangzhou Resnow Miracle), the Resnow Miracle brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter Resnow Miracle ski resorts and other cooperative ski resorts in various locations), and the industry alliance blacklist.
• (2) Revocation, invalidation, or freezing of your products and rights, with no extensions, deferrals, or refunds for any unused remaining period/fees.
• (3) A penalty of 30% of the order amount shall be charged. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further recovery shall be pursued.
• 6. Smoking is prohibited in the ski resort (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke). To create a good recreational environment, please do not smoke in the ski resort, otherwise, the ski resort will add you to the tourist blacklist, and you will be prohibited from entering the park for 15 days.
• 7. Please cooperate with security checks before entering. Do not bring flammable, explosive, or dangerous items, nationally controlled equipment, or items with safety hazards. Individual selling by tourists is prohibited within the ski resort. Please do not bring excessive items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other food items (except infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues; please consume them before entering.
• 8. If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur in the facilities and equipment within the ski resort during operation, they must be shut down for inspection. Some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extensions or refunds will be provided.
• 9. Due to factors such as capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of recreational facilities may be adjusted. Please refer to the actual announcement made by the ski resort on the day of your visit.

How to redeem

• Snow Wonder: Snow Wonder has fully implemented real-name entry. To facilitate your quick entry into the park, please bring your original ID card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents, or passport for entry. The dual-park combo ticket requires ID card verification for one person. Please present your original valid ID and purchase confirmation SMS at the Guangzhou Snow Wonder ticket window to exchange for a Snow Card and Sunac Land Happy Package. When entering the snow park, you will need to use your valid ID card + Snow Card to pass through the turnstile.
• Sunac Land: On the day of your visit, please go to Sunac Land and present your valid ID (must match the ID number provided when placing the order) and QR code or paper ticket at the first turnstile. After binding and entering your facial information, you can use your facial information to enjoy the attractions and facilities within two days from the date of your visit.
