Each booking is valid for delivery to 1 location and 1 delivery date only. Please check out separately for every address and/or delivery date.

Delivery timing will be between 2.30pm - 6.30pm or 7pm - 11pm. Please select preferred timeslot during checkout.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, refunds/returns/re-delivery will not proceed if the customer is unreachable.

Any cost incurred due to the customer’s inconvenience such as a change of delivery address would be borne by the recipient, paid directly to the Operator.

Any changes in the order details must be communicated to Operator within 5 working days in advance notice. Last-minute requests will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery of product (“Product”) is handled by a third-party provider (“Courier Provider”). Your information will be provided to the relevant Courier Provider to facilitate the delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only and actual delivery time may vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us and/or the Courier Provider (e.g. Product quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.
