Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

Pick-up and drop-off information

Pick up Location at Godofredo P. Ramos Airport

• Location: Window 9 / Island Star Express Counter (in front of the parking area)
• Show your voucher to any Island Star Express coordinators at the counter

Transfer Process

• You will be picked up by an air-conditioned bus or van transfer from Airport to Caticlan / Tabon port

• After being dropped-off by the bus or van, you will board a fiber glass boat from Caticlan Jettyport / Tabon Port to Cagban / Tambisaan port

• Lastly, an L300 van will pick you up from the port from Boracay island (Cagban / Tambisan Port) to your hotel

• Note, the destination port will be determined by the weather

• On the day before your pick up, a local operator will advise you on your pick up time
