Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made within 90 days as long as vouchers have not been redeemed
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
