Redemption information

• If the purchase information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction, dead battery, or other issues, the ticket cannot be used. In such cases, the regular passenger fare from the boarding station to the alighting station will be charged separately.
• Boarding changes and use in combination with other tickets are not permitted
• In the event that train operations are suspended due to natural disasters or accidents, this ticket may be used for alternative transportation (railway only).
• Tickets will not be reissued in the event of loss or theft

• Tickets that have passed their validity period are void
