Eligibility

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • All guests must be more than 6 months old on the day of sailing in order to sail
  • Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied in the same cabin by a Guest of at least 18 years of age.

Check-ins

  • Please visit Dream Cruises Web Check In for mandatory Online Check-In that is open for you to input your details correctly. NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure. Please use the Dream Cruises booking ID for your online check-in, the ID can be found on your Klook voucher below the QR code. If you are unable to do your online check-in, you can still do a manual check-in on the day of sailing
  • After completing web check-in, please review your check-in time, itinerary, and embarkation/disembarkation details. No refunds are available for missed embarkation.

  • The schedule is subject to change, at the discretion of Dream Cruises
  • Refer to the activity page for the latest itinerary updates. No refunds will be provided for guests who miss embarkation or any part of the itinerary due to late arrival or personal delays.

Important information to note

  • Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+.
  • All passports must have at least 6 months validity till the end of the cruise date. Failure to provide the required passport details 7 days prior to the sailing date may result in the guest being denied boarding due to immigration requirements.
  • Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country.
  • Dream Cruises will not accept passengers who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation.
  • Dream Cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call/itinerary/price/programme at any time without prior notice.

  • The default currency onboard is Singapore Dollar (SGD)
  • Payment Method Onboard: Cash (SGD) or Cashless including Alipay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Union Pay.

  • Valid Work Permit/ Employment Pass / Long Term Pass /Student Pass /Dependent Pass / Re-entry permit if any

  • 90 days or more prior to departure date - no charge

  • 45 to 30 days prior to departure date - 50% of full cabin fare
  • 29 to 15 days prior to departure date - 70% of full cabin fare
