Opening hours: 8:00 - 18:00 (Hotel deliveries accepted until 16:00)

Drop off your suitcase by 14:00, and it will be delivered to your hotel’s front desk by 18:00

If your luggage is dropped off after 15:00, delivery to your hotel may be delayed and could occur after 19:00

Suitcases received by 13:00 will be delivered to the hotel by 15:00

Suitcases received between 13:00 and 15:00 will be delivered by 20:00

This service is available for suitcases only. Bags and backpacks are not accepted

The delivery service fee per person covers one suitcase only. If you have two suitcases, please make a reservation for two people

The total size of the carry cases for delivery must be less than 140 cm (length + width + height)

*If the combined dimensions of your suitcase exceed 140 cm, an additional fee of 300 yen will be charged per piece of luggage

Please ensure that the reservation is made under the name of the person who will be staying at the hotel

Upon arrival at the DELIBAG counter, please present the following:
