You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 14 day(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
