Additional information
- Flights are subject to weather conditions such as wind, rain, and fog. Passenger will be notified at least one day in advance if rescheduling is necessary - at no extra cost
- Passenger can select a preferred flight time. If weather does not permit at the chosen time, adjustments will be made to ensure the best flying condition

- Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
- Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts
