Venue Rules & Notices:

• Participants should treat the animals in the venue with care, keep a close watch on their belongings, and wear a mask if feeling unwell.
• Participants should bring their own sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
• All participants in activities on this farm are required to pay attention to safety and abide by the site's safety guidelines and regulations.
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times during activities or while using the facilities to prevent accidents.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on this farm.
• Please do not litter! Protecting the environment is everyone's responsibility.
• Please exercise caution when feeding the small animals to avoid injury.
• Please confirm the number of attendees 5 days before the event. Once confirmed, the number can be increased but not decreased.
• In the event of an Amber Rainstorm Warning, Red Rainstorm Warning, Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, notification must be given three hours prior to the activity for postponement. The validity period for postponement is three months (changeable twice). Deposits are non-refundable.
• In the event of class suspension as determined by the Education Bureau or if the activity cannot be held as scheduled due to the pandemic, postponement is permitted. The date can be changed twice, and the deposit is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided if participants decide to cancel the activity on their own.
• The farm reserves the right to ask participants to leave immediately without a refund if they violate the farm's rules and regulations.
• A first-aid responder is on duty at this farm.
• This farm reserves all rights of final decision.

Pick-up information

• Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the manor.
• The fastest way is to take the West Rail to Kam Sheung Road Station, then take a taxi to the farm. Just tell the driver "Rabbitland Farm, Chi Ma Leng, Wang Toi Shan".
• If a taxi cannot be hailed for the return trip, our company provides a free shuttle to the minibus stop. The minibus terminus is in Yuen Long, passing through Kam Sheung Road West Rail Station.

An additional stove fee of $60 is required, minimum of 4 people.
