Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Free for children aged 0-2
• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Photography: Personal photography without flash is permitted. Tripods, selfiesticks, and professional lighting are not allowed without prior written approval

• Prohibited Behavior: Touching artworks, running, shouting, climbing, soliciting,eating, drinking, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited

• Bags & Personal Items: Only handbags/purses up to A4 size are permittedinside. Backpacks, luggage, umbrellas, and wheeled items must be stored in thedesignated area. The museum is not responsible for lost or stolen items

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
