  • It is recommended to wear non-slip sports shoes and comfortable sportswear (avoid skirts and loose clothing). You can bring your own gloves to prevent your hands from being scratched by the steel cables. Remember to bring a sun hat and sunscreen on sunny days, and prepare non-slip shoe covers on rainy days.
