Enchanted Forest Admission Ticket at Monkey Canopy

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Accessible to all age groups
• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and should be monitored at all times. We will not be held responsible for any incident due to guest's neligence
• Free admission for Children ages below 2 years old. MyKid card must be presented to validate the free admission

Additional information

• Tickets are issued in Wristband form and shall be worn by the purchasing person at all times
• Entry may be denied if tickets are torn, damaged, altered, or unreadable
• Any battery-operated vehicles such as scooter, luggage, electric bicycles and others are not permitted

User Responsibilities

• Equipment Care: Participants are responsible for handling all the equipment with care. Any damage caused by improper use may result in charges for repair or replacement

• Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions provided by the crew for safety purposes

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
