  • Cruise departure times may change or be canceled due to vessel circumstances or weather conditions. In such cases, our CS team will notify you by email.
  • Visit the ticket office after eating and prepare a boarding report (Fill a boarding report and check your ID after visiting the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure) (Boarding is not allowed without exchanging the boarding pass.)
  • All passengers must complete a boarding form and show identification at the ticket booth to receive a paper ticket. (Mobile tickets are not accepted due to ID verification.) Otherwise, you cannot take the cruise. If you can’t take the ferry because you forgot to take your passport along with you, you will not be refunded.
