• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-5
• Student ticket: Students aged 6-17 or university students aged 18+ are eligible and must present a valid ID or student ID

• Please note to leave outside food and drinks at visitor Services or carry them in securely covered containers
• Smoking is prohibited on garden premises
• Please do not feed or touch the koi fish and other wildlife in the garden
• Please do not wade or swim in the pond or waterfall
• Please do not climb the rock mountain
• Children must be supervised at all times
• The garden "Ting" is closed to the public
• Washroom facilities are reserved for garden patrons
• Tripods, selfie sticks, drones, lighting equipment, or stabilizers are not permitted
• Staged photoshoots are not permitted during the Garden's public opening hours
• This consists of engagement photos, wedding photos, senior or graduation photos, and posed portrait photos in costumes, special attire, or with unauthorized props (drones or balloons), whether with a professional photographer or simply a friend

Optional guided tours

• Tour schedule: These are only available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00
• Group size: 1-10

• Compact strollers are allowed inside the garden. There is no storage for strollers on-site

• The garden is accessible to: Visitors with physical disabilities, hearing impairments, visual impairments & visitors with development and learning disabilities
