• Children under 12 years old must have 1 on 1 parental supervision at all times to attend IDIM's baking sessions. Before proceeding to the baking process, parent/s or guardians must agree to the printed waiver. Legal guardian/s must be aged 18 and above
• For DIY Cakes, IDIM can accommodate kids with a minimum height requirement of 1 m but will still depend on their behavior as this still a kitchen where safety is our top priority
• Children aged 13 years old and above can bake solo at our store. However, they will still be assisted by the IDIM staff in the mixer and oven area to prevent accidents or injuries inside the store

IDIM DIY Bakery Store Rules and Regulations

• All children must be accompanied by a guardian (a parent or a companion who is eighteen (18) years old or older) at all times. The guardian is responsible for supervising the child and ensuring compliance with our rules and regulations
• Pets are not allowed inside the store
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the store
• Customers are not permitted to bring food and drinks inside the store. During Semi-exclusive and Exclusive events, food and drinks are allowed with corresponding corkage fees: PHP 500.00 per food and PHP 300.00 per drink
• Upon entry, customers must surrender a valid ID to receive both a tablet and a locker key. Personal items should be stored in the provided lockers, free of charge. Storing valuables is at the customer's own risk. A PHP 150 fee will be charged for any lost keys
• If a customer does not have a valid ID, the store is authorized to take a photo of the customer together with the tablet. This photo will be deleted once the tablet is returned. At the end of the session, the locker key and tablet must be returned in exchange for the valid ID or, if applicable, the deletion of the stored photo
• Always wear proper baking gear when handling hot objects and ask for Baking Coach assistance if you are unsure how to use any electric equipment
• NO WRISTBAND, NO ENTRY policy is strictly enforced. Companions without a wristband are not allowed inside
• Non-Baker companions staying in the store entrance area are strictly not allowed
• Cancellation is not allowed for all types of reservations and no refund shall be issued
• The customer must arrive at least 15 minutes before the booked time slot, grace period is 15 minutes only
• Any extension beyond the 2-hour baking session, a fee of PHP 125 per head will apply for every 30-minutes extension
• Capsule Machine Tokens are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in any form
