• Scuba Diving Initiation for non-certified divers:

• For the discovery, adapted to inexperienced divers, we go diving to Menjangan National Park. We go there for 2 dives. One dive before lunch and one dive after lunch. A lunch box is included and we eat on Menjangan Island. Please let us know if you prefer a chicken or vegetarian menu

• The first dive is dedicated to gain in comfort, safety and confidence. To achieve that we go through a few dedicated underwater skills. It is followed by an underwater exploration that helps to gain more comfort underwater and enjoy the underwater world

• The second dive is fully dedicated to an exploration of the underwater world on a second dive site

• The maximum ratio students/instructor is 4/1

• After your scuba diving experience, it is highly encouraged that you wait 24 hours before flying

• Common washrooms are available at the campsite

• Learn how to put together your diving equipment, and discover how easy it is to move about underwater with it

• The DSD course is organized in 4 main steps: Short briefing to understand the basics of diving, dive near the shore, short rest at the dive center, 2 dives in Menjangan Marine Park (maximum 12 meters deep)

Opening hours

• Schedule:
• The meeting time is 08:15 at Dive concepts Pemuteran (Jalan Arjuna). The operator can also organize a pick up at your hotel at 08:15 if you stay in Pemuteran village proper. From outside of the village, you’ll have to come with your own transportation. Return between 15:00 and 16:00
• If you stay in Menjangan, the operator can pick you up on the way to the park but you must come to the shop the day before your dive trip, before 17:00 to complete the paperwork, check the equipment and process the payment. Or you can come with your own transport the day of your dives at 08:15
• Unfortunately, the opeator do not provide pick-up in Suberkima village/Suberkima Hill
• The operator can organize on requests your transfers to and from Pemuteran as well as your accommodation in our resort (Arjuna Homestay) (you can contact the operator upon booking)

• Tour stops and highlights: Introduction session about the course, learning about the basic steps of diving through a video, reviewing the knowledge acquired, try on equipment and head to the swimming pool with the instructor for to applying some techniques
