• Start the tour, ride along Le Loi Street. First we drop by a restaurant that mainly serve:
• Nam, Loc, Beo cake (roughly translated as Water fern cake, Flat rice dumpling, and Tapioca dumpling). Together, they also have Ram It – Sticky rice dumplings on a fried dumpling
• Hue lemongrass skewer with grilled pork sausage, eaten with vegetable, slice pickle and garlic, all wrap together with rice paper and dip in special peanut sauce
• Hue sizzling crepe, crunchy outside and moisture inside with shrimp, port and bean sprouts. There is also Hue local beer for everyone gathering together.
• This next one is really a symbol of Hue dishes. A bowl of Bun Bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup) is the heart of Hue cuisine, notable for its broth with the flavor of lemongrass and shrimp paste. Get your plastic stool, a pair of chopstick with a spoon, and ready to try it
• Then take time for dessert with a menu of more than 20 kinds of Hue sweet dessert, vary from sweet cooking bean and seed to mixed fruit, topping with coconut milk

Booking changes policy
