Crime in Downtown Mystery Game in Vancouver

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• Free for children aged 0-5

• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• This activity has no age limit

• Participants aged 6-12 are considered children, based on their official ID

• Children under 6 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID

• Infant ticket: Up to 2 infants (Aged 0-5) can accompany one team, please select a free ticket for them

• Group size: 2-6 participant(s)

Additional information

• This experience is recommended for ages 13+, based on the difficulty of the puzzles, reading level, and subject matter
• Please note that the game starts and ends in downtown Vancouver, within a short walk of the meeting point
• The game covers approximately 2 km of downtown Vancouver
• Larger groups are able to sign up in teams of up to 6 players for the same time slot
• Service animals with valid identification is allowed
• Photography is allowed but please do not give anything away about the mystery game (Including clues or answers, or anything that will be a spoiler alert for future players)
• Please note that the secret start location will be within easy walking distance of the meeting point. The operator will provide the exact starting point via email prior to your scheduled game
• Please dress appropriately for the weather
• This experience operates rain or shine
• Please remain aware of traffic, including bicycles and bike paths, and keep your belongings secure
• We recommend using a restroom before the experience, as facilities at the start location may be unavailable
• Shortening the game duration is not permitted, as it may disrupt the experience and result in missed clues
• All game equipment must be returned in good condition within the time limit. Late returns incur a fee (CAD 70 per kit). Missing, incomplete, or damaged kits will be charged (CAD 300 per outdoor kit; CAD 2,000 for full indoor kit replacement)
