Eligibility

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
  • Children aged 0–2 travel for free on buses when accompanied by a paying adult (Maximum of 2 children per adult)
  • Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats

  • Strollers are permitted; please fold them before boarding

  • Non-alcoholic drinks and cold food are allowed on the bus

  • Hop on at any of the 23 stops of the red buses in Copenhagen and show your smartphone ticket to the driver

  • Cruise Ship Passengers: Buses meet all arriving ships from 8:00 AM at both Langelinie and Ocean Pier terminals. For guests docked at Ocean Pier, a dedicated return shuttle operates from 11:00, departing from the Little Mermaid (Stop 12)

  • There are no toilets on board

  • The first pair of headphones is complementary; please reuse it during the duration of the trip

  • Maximize your trip with the official RED Sightseeing app. Find exactly where to hop on and track our buses and boats in real-time. Download on the App Store

  • Audio commentary is available in English / Spanish / Russian / Portuguese / German / French / Italian / Mandarin / Danish / Swedish

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

  • This activity is wheelchair-accessible
