Pick-up information

Hotel pick-up information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• The operator will contact you from 20:00 to 21:00, one day in advance, to confirm the pick-up time and location; please check your Messenger app during this time.
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

Meet-up information

• The operator will contact you from 20:00 to 21:00, one day in advance, to confirm the pick-up time and location; please check your Messenger app during this time.
• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
