• The Colosseum's winter closing time is 4:30 PM from early January to mid-February and again from late October to December 31st. Last admission is one hour before closing, at 3:30 PM

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Please download the POP Guide app before arriving at the meeting point to ensure a smooth check-in process. At check-in, you will receive a QR code that grants access to the app’s audio guide commentary

• The visit may begin either at the first entrance of the Colosseum or at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

• At the entrance you have to show valid ID of all participants including children in order to access the Colosseum.

• Please insert your correct full names when reserving the tour. Without correct names on your tickets it's not possible to access the Colosseum.

• Please ensure you have an internet connection, your personal mobile phone and headsets available for use with the audio guide.

• There may be a queue to enter the Colosseum due to security checks.

• The entry ticket is valid for the designated entrance time only.

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
