Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking can’t be changed if the voucher is already issued

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-1
• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• Dogs are welcome but must stay on leash at all times. For the safety and well-being of the farm's animals, dogs aren’t allowed into paddocks and enclosures themselves

• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem

• Drones are prohibited

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
