- 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at 3-4 days before the selected activity date
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made at 1-2 days before the selected activity date
- No refunds will be issued for latecomers and no-shows
- The activity will be cancelled if the guest looks like they will not follow the rules and regulations of the venue. A full refund will be issued
