• During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, departure times may be earlier or slightly delayed (the exact departure time will be notified by email the day before departure). Please be prepared accordingly.
• To ensure a smooth departure, please confirm the meeting point and avoid last-minute changes. Please note that refunds will not be issued if you miss the bus due to personal reasons for changing the meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.
• As day tours are shared vehicle tours, please do not be late for the meeting point or attractions. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, and tours will depart without you. You will be responsible for any costs and liabilities resulting from your late arrival.
• In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the park may, without prior notice, delay or change the operating hours of rides and shows, or even cancel some rides and performances.
• This product is subject to adjustments based on factors such as weather. For your safety, staff reserve the right to request guests to discontinue outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual conditions on the day.
• The transportation, tour duration, and stopover times during the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions of the day. In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce parts of the itinerary.
• Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you do not notify us at least one day in advance and bring luggage at the last minute, the guide reserves the right to refuse you boarding due to potential overcrowding and safety concerns. In this case, a refund will not be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of passengers. We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
• Guests are not permitted to leave the group early or deviate from the itinerary during the tour. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver on your part, and no refund will be issued. You will be solely responsible for any incidents that may occur after leaving the group or deviating from the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests. However, as this is a shared ride tour, seating is primarily assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requirements, please indicate them in the remarks section, and we will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for your consideration.
• Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you. We appreciate your understanding.
• For participants aged 70 or above or pregnant women, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure safety and complete the relevant insurance process. Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. We will email you the waiver form after receiving your order. Please sign, photograph, and return the form to complete your registration.
• Seasonal events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, and festive events) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official announcements. If no official notice of cancellation is received, we will arrange according to the original plan. Refunds will not be provided if the flower season or special event does not meet expectations. Thank you for your understanding.
