  • The completed video will be sent via email and other social software. Please check your inbox.
  • After the shooting, please return the costumes properly. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • When placing an order, you can choose the session yourself, and you can consult about session availability in advance by phone or WeChat. If the selected session is full, staff will contact you in advance.
  • Due to the tight shooting schedule, the rider and photographer will focus entirely on the shooting work and will not provide pick-up or drop-off services. Please plan your round-trip transportation in advance and take a taxi to the shooting location. There are parking lots at nearby stations, and although there is no direct light rail access, public transportation and parking facilities are relatively convenient. It is recommended that you confirm your navigation route before departure to avoid delays.
  • During the shooting process, for your personal safety and equipment safety, please strictly follow the safety guidelines of the rider and photographer. Do not perform dangerous or out-of-scope actions during shooting, maintain a safe distance throughout, and always prioritize safety.
  • The event will provide a variety of basic clothing free of charge for your selection and use. Please take good care of your personal valuables; the event organizer cannot provide dedicated safekeeping services.
  • This service only includes the clothing, photography, and fine-cut content as agreed upon in the order. If you have additional styling needs, photography style adjustments, or other personalized services beyond the package, you need to communicate with our customer service in advance and confirm the relevant arrangements and fees separately.
  • The filming location is crowded and the scene is complex. Please be sure to carry and look after your personal valuables such as mobile phones, jewelry, and cameras. If valuables are lost, damaged, or stolen due to improper personal safekeeping, the relevant responsibilities and losses shall be borne by the individual.
