Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
Tickets are valuable and not ordinary merchandise. The cultural service they represent is time-sensitive and limited. Once sold, tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable unless the performance is changed, canceled, or the ticket is incorrect. Please arrange your viewing time accordingly.

The ticket exchange start time is 18:30 from Monday to Friday, and 17:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Ticket checking begins 30 minutes before the performance, and entry is not permitted 30 minutes after the performance starts.
For your health and safety, as well as that of others, smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the theater.
Please take your assigned seats and enjoy the performance responsibly. Refrain from playing, running, or making loud noises in the theater. Please take care of accompanying seniors and children, and keep your personal belongings safe. Please do not spit. Food, chewing gum, colored drinks, lighters, flammable and explosive materials, and pets are not allowed in the theater.
During the performance, please turn off your phone's flashlight and set it to silent. Unauthorized live streaming or extended recording is prohibited.
During the performance, please refrain from moving around. After the performance, please exit in an orderly manner via the exits designated by the theater.
You can only select an area; you cannot specify a seat. Seating will be randomly assigned.
