Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

Additional information

• Each child entering the venue must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) over the age of 18. Children will be refused entry if they are not accompanied by an adult
• For hygiene and safety reasons, all guests must wear socks in the venue
• Please present the QR code for the ticket exchange
• Guests can arrive 15 minutes early to purchase tickets on site
• CHILDLIKE will hold your reservation for 15 minutes after the start time per session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be forfeited. Please be mindful of the admission time
• There is no eating or drinking in the venue
• Do not bring the following items into the venue: hazardous or toxic substances, food, alcoholic beverages, beverages and pets
• Guests should take care of their personal belongings and avoid bringing any valuables into the venue. The venue will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage at this venue
• Guests should keep the venue clean and hygienic, use all the facilities carefully, and not maliciously damage them; otherwise, they will be required to pay for the loss
• Parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children while on the premises. The venue will not be liable for any injuries caused by unsafe games or improper use of equipment
• To temporarily change business hours, close the venue or any part thereof, limit the number of persons entitled to enter and/or suspend or cancel any facilities due to inclement weather or special events, or as circumstances require, to ensure safety and order
• Children aged 1 or above will be charged the regular price (children aged 6 months to under 1 will be charged half price, please contact CHILDLIKE's customer service if necessary)
