Chengdu Mount Siguniang Full-Day Guided Mountain Tour

Eligibility

• Children are defined as those under 1.2m in height.

• For safety and health considerations, this activity is only available for children aged 3 years and older.

• Participants must be aged under 65 to take part in this activity

• Seniors aged 65 and above are required to sign a senior citizen liability waiver; seniors aged 70-74 must be accompanied by a young, direct relative and sign a senior citizen liability waiver.

• Ensure good physical health, no prior medical history, no hypertension, no heart disease, no cerebral infarction, no major surgery, confirmed by signature of myself and immediate family members.

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.

• This tour involves high altitudes and harsh climates. Individuals with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, altitude sickness, asthma, or other conditions should not participate. Some travelers may experience altitude sickness. Please be aware of your safety and physical limitations during the tour. The scenic area is a primitive ecological zone; please do not enter areas not open to tourists.
• Today, you will be entering an area where Tibetan and Qiang ethnic groups reside. Please respect their customs and traditions. During free time, there will be no tour guide accompanying you. Please pay attention to your personal property and safety. When participating in recreational activities, please follow the operating procedures of the entertainment facilities to avoid accidents.
• The tour duration in the itinerary is for reference only. We advise guests not to book train or plane tickets for the same day.
• Please bring your ID card or passport. Our group tickets require ID card verification for park entry. (If you do not have your ID card, you will need to purchase a full-price individual ticket at the scenic area for 130 RMB per person.) The children's price does not include the Bipenggou entrance ticket or single-bike insurance.
• The tour guide will contact you by phone between 18:00-22:00 the day before departure to confirm your pick-up address. Please keep your phone on. Thank you for your understanding and support.
• The Western Sichuan region has a high-altitude climate, so be sure to bring sufficient warm clothing, including long-sleeved shirts and pants, sweaters, and jackets. Even in summer, it is cool in the mornings and evenings but hot at midday, so take care to stay warm and especially prevent colds and upper respiratory infections.
• The sun is strong and the ultraviolet radiation is high in the scenic area. The altitude of the scenic area is 2800-4070 meters. Some tourists may experience mild altitude sickness. Please bring your own medicine for altitude sickness or oxygen.
• When registering, tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the travel activities. Those with poor health should consult a doctor to determine if they can participate in this tour. Prepare common and emergency medications according to your personal situation. Tourists are solely responsible for consequences arising from their own illnesses.
• Before departure, tourists must sign and confirm the "Traveler Health Status Confirmation Form." Additionally, insurance companies do not accept applications for those under 2 years of age or seniors over 70 years of age. Furthermore, if you have any medical conditions, please do not participate in the tour group.
• It is recommended that seniors and children be accompanied by family members and explore the scenic area in groups.
• Traffic congestion and other issues may occur while driving, so it is best if customers do not purchase return plane or train tickets for the same day.
• Today, you will enter an area inhabited by Tibetan and Qiang ethnic groups. Please respect their local customs.
• Souvenir shops within each scenic area, rest stops along the way (water refill points, restrooms, restaurants), and small shops are not considered shopping locations. The sale of souvenirs and local products by local residents is not a service provided by our company. Please exercise caution when making purchases to avoid being deceived.
• To ensure smooth operation of the tour, changes or cancellations are not allowed after your booking is confirmed. Any changes or cancellations will incur applicable fees and charges. If a traveler voluntarily leaves the tour group, all unutilized expenses will not be refunded (including round-trip train tickets, admission tickets, accommodation, transportation, meals, and tour guide service fees), and it will be regarded as a unilateral breach of contract by the traveler.
• Please understand that seat-in-coach tours may sometimes involve changes in vehicles and tour guides for certain sections. The times listed in the itinerary are for reference only and depend on actual driving speeds, road conditions, and the pace of the tour participants. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted during the actual tour, but the number of attractions will not be reduced.
