The flight simulator experience is valid for a single play of 15-minutes.
Participants must be at least 7 years old with a minimum height of 110cm.
The voucher is valid for two (2) months from date of issuance of Flight Voucher, and is non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable.
Any no-show upon booking will be considered as a forfeit of the flight voucher and no refund will be made.
Participants must arrive and register at Changi Experience Studio Ticketing Counter at least 15 minutes before the booked slot. Any late arrival may result in a delay in the start of the game and a reduced duration in gameplay. In such an instance, no compensation or refund will be made.
Booking timings are subject to change due to operational and/or technical reasons. Any change will be informed immediately, and changes made will be kept to a minimum in order to minimise disruption.
While the simulator is a fixed based device, participants may experience slight simulator sickness such as dizziness if they are extremely sensitive.
For safety and comfort purposes, participants are encouraged to wear covered shoes.

Upon purchase of the ticket, you will receive your e-Voucher instantly. Please check your email inbox or login to your Klook account to view your voucher from your account.
You are required to book your Flight Simulator slot HERE prior to your visit to Changi Experience Studio as both experiences must be on the same day (Flight simulator experience is located inside Changi Experience Studio).
In the booking portal, please input the voucher number (8 numerical digits found in your Klook e-Voucher) in order to proceed with the slot booking
You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your Flight Simulator slot booking.
Present your Klook e-Voucher and e-mail confirmation upon the day of visit.
