• Group Size: This package accommodates up to 30 guests. Please note that for groups of this size, 22 guests will use standard bedding, while the remaining 8 guests will be provided with 4 full double-sized floor mattresses
• All guests must agree and abide by the house rules and safety guidelines during the entire stay

House Rules and Safety Guidelines

• Only 3 small potty-trained pets are allowed. Pets are required to wear diapers if brought inside the bedrooms and are not allowed to swim in the pool
• Only registered guests will be allowed in the property. A PHP 1200/head fee will apply if the headcount exceeds 15 persons. No outside visitors allowed unless coordinated with the host
• Responsible drinking should be strictly observed. Heavy drinking is not allowed. The host will not be liable for any accidents caused by this
• Be mindful and take extra care of your children, PWDs, and seniors, and they should always be attended to. The host is not responsible for any untoward incidents that may occur
• Strictly no diving in the pool. The host will not be liable for any accidents within the property due to guests’s negligence. Please swim with caution as there is no assigned lifeguard on duty
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the bedrooms and around the swimming pool area. Grilling of food is only allowed in the kubo area
• Guests who engage in disruptive, rowdy, or dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited and will be asked to leave the property
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in bedrooms and any part of the main house; this includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
• Observe proper swimming attire at all times (no denim and colored clothing allowed inside the pool)
• Disposing of bodily fluids like spitting or expectorating or any other activities that could compromise hygiene are strictly prohibited in all areas of the property
• Kindly turn off appliances, water, air conditioner and lights when not in use
• Initiation rites from fraternities and the like are strictly prohibited
• Fireworks and other activities that can cause fire are always prohibited
• Illegal substances like drugs are strictly prohibited and shall be reported to the police and/or local officials. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the property
• Kindly put the trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash
• Please be responsible for closing the glass sliding doors when the air conditioner is open
• Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. We conduct an inspection of the property before each new guest arrives. Any damages or missing items reported by our staff during check-out will be charged to the main guest
• Please take extra care in handling all electronic and mechanical items in the Casa, including furniture and displays. Any damages caused will be charged to the guest who registered for the booking
• Secure your valuables and cars at all times. Keep doors and cars locked. Safety and security are everybody’s responsibility
• Bedsheets and blankets left with major stains like pet stains will be charged to the guest for extra cleaning or replacement fees
