Eligibility

• Adult tickets are applicable to all individuals except those eligible for free admission, child tickets, or concession tickets.
• Child tickets are applicable for children measuring 1.2 meters (excluding 1.2 meters) to 1.5 meters (inclusive of 1.5 meters).
• Children aged 6 and under (inclusive) or shorter than 1.2 meters (inclusive) are admitted free of charge (each adult is limited to bringing two free-admission children into the tower).
• Discounted tickets are applicable to: 1. One accompanying caregiver for individuals with intellectual disabilities, double lower limb disabilities, or other severe disabilities; 2. Visitors whose birthday (Gregorian calendar) falls on the day of their visit; 3. Minors aged 6 (excluding 6 years old) to 18 (inclusive), and full-time undergraduate students or below; 4. Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) to 74 (inclusive).

After successful redemption of discounted tickets, the corresponding valid ID must be presented for verification upon entering the tower.

• Free admission is applicable to: Seniors aged 75 (inclusive) or above, active military personnel of the People's Republic of China, retired military cadres, fire and rescue personnel, disabled individuals, individuals receiving minimum living allowance assistance confirmed by the civil affairs department, and "Five Guarantees" households. These individuals can redeem free tickets at the manual ticket window of the Guangzhou Tower West Ticket Office with valid identification. The ticket grants access to the 107th and 108th floors, the Baiyun Starry Sky observation deck.

• To redeem tickets and ascend the tower, please present your original PRC Resident ID card. On the day of your visit, redeem your tickets at the Guangzhou Tower West Ticketing Hall using your ticket redemption code and valid ID. Tickets for the same order must be collected at once. For non-adult tickets, additional identification may be required.
