  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
  • Operator will email pick up and driver details prior to 20:00 on the date before departure

Round-trip transfers are available for hotels located within Batu Ferringhi and Georgetown area only

  • Pick up time: 07:00

  • For hotel pick-ups outside of Batu Ferringhi or Georgetown area, a surcharge of RM60 will be incurred, payable directly to the driver
