Arrival at the ticket office at least 30 minutes before your boarding time is required.
Required Documents: Passport (Physical or digital copies are accepted)
In case of a late arrival, cancellations (refunds) or schedule changes are not possible.
In case of cancellation due to inclement weather or company circumstances, 100% refund or date change is available.
Children under 120cm may board only when accompanied by a guardian and must sit in designated child seating. Children 120cm or taller may board independently (subject to change at the discretion of on-site staff).
