Waiting Time Policy

• Airport pick-up: Free waiting time up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time
• Hotel & other locations: Free waiting time up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time

• Common locations include Gimhae International Airport, Busan KTX Station, and major hotels in Haeundae, Seomyeon, and Nampo areas
