• Departure time can be 10 to 30 Minutes early or delayed due to the weather condition (e.g) the wave and fog light
• The departure time may be delayed or canceled if the operation is not possible due to weather conditions. natural disasters restricted access by the local police or due to a lack of minimum number of passengers on board. Fully refunded if any of these are relevant
• Operation will take place even on a rainy day. Cancellation request due to rain on the day of boarding will be subject to a fee in accordance with the refund policy
• Depending on the season the schedule may vary. Please confirm the schedule after the reservation
• Liquor and Food is not permitted to take on board
• Please arrive 30 minutes before boarding time as the boarding declaration form needs to be signed
• The minimum number of people is 30, and sailing will be canceled if less than 30 people gathered per hour. This can be checked at the site and if a refund wanted due to the cancellation, please contact the CS Team. (Please note that 2 pm operation has a 1% chance of cancellation)
