Booking changes policy

  • Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

  • The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

  • The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

  • Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

  • Infants and toddlers under 3 years old can enter for free with proof of age.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Seniors aged 75 or over can enter for free with valid identification.

Additional information

  • All entrants must be confirmed by ticket office staff and complete the redemption process; entry will not be permitted without confirmation.
  • Free admission personnel are not eligible for the styling magnifying glass, nor for lucky draws or consumption discounts.
  • Offers, discounts, and marketing activities cannot be combined.
  • If there are any other precautions and relevant regulations, please cooperate with the staff's guidance, and the on-site announcement shall prevail.

How to redeem

  • Present your mobile voucher

  • Please present your QR code at the ticket booth (Window No. 2) for verification by on-site staff, then exchange it for physical tickets and collect related gifts (challenge pass and novelty magnifying glass) for admission.
