Your tour will depart as booked regardless of weather unless unavoidable cancellation occurs due to harsh weather with safety issue. We provide tour date changing service up to 1 time prior to your tour date and it is considered that you wish to proceed your tour on the date you requested as long as we have not received any relavant requests from customers.

After sunset the area is darker than you expect, and there are possible chances of tripping or falling. Please mind your steps and be adivsed that this activity is not recommended for accessibility.

Please get ready with warm clothes for the tour; the Blue Mountains are much colder than the inner city due to wind and altitude.

This tour will be auto-confirmed as long as we have availability. We will update you if unexpected cancellation or amendment on your booking is required.

We do not share guides' details ahead of your tour since allocation of guides and vehicles are usually unsettle by then, you will be able to communicate with your guide once you successfully join your group.

Please be mindful that this is a group tour and Zigzag Tours may request you to disband if you display uncooperative behaviour such as disrupting our guide's commentary, causing discomport to other customers and any action considered aggresive or abusive.

Your tour vehicle will depart sharply on time. Please be presented 10 minutes ealier than designated departure time considering check in procedure such as cross check booking details or headcount by your guide.

There might be multiple vehicles of Zigzag Tours at the meeting point, please refrain from hopping on any vehicle without checking a list of participants with your guide to prevent possible confusion that might occur to our guides.

Important notice: Entering Lincoln's Rock is temporarily prohibited for 3 months period from 22 January 2026 to 30th April 2026 under Blue Mountains Councils' decision in consideration of visitors' safety and preservation of nature along with consecutive complaints escalated by residents in the area. The Lincoln's Rock itinerary will be partly replaced to an alternative point during the period and please be advised that closure of area may be extended under further review by the council. Your understanding of the inevitable circumstance will be greatly appreciated.
