Pick-up and drop-off
Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
The additional waiting time will be deducted from the service hours. If your selected pick up time is 8:00 am. but you come late at 9:00 am. The driver will count the service hour from 8:30 am
If you are unreachable after the waiting time, you will be considered a no-show
The operator will send the driver’s contact information and other related services via email 1 day before your travel date, by 21:00 (GMT+7) Thailand time. If you haven’t received your confirmation email by the time listed, please check the Spam Folder or Junk Mail

Outside service hours:
THB 400 per hour
Additional hours:
THB300 per hour
The additional hour can be add 2 hour only, the total service hour usage must be no more than 12 hours due to the driver workday condition

You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
