• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Your ice skating session must be within 2 hours slots (ice needs to be cleared in between those times). Please come 30 minutes before the session starts

• Skaters must bring and wear socks and gloves for safety purposes, or buy them at the venue for IDR 20.000 for gloves and IDR 15.000 for socks

• Everyone accompanying skaters and do not ice-skate, is required to buy and use a visitor pass of IDR 25.000. Visitor pass is a companion ticket that cannot be used to rent or to use ice skating shoes but can be exchanged for tea or coffee

• All ice skaters are required to wear gloves and socks due to safety and mutual comfort during ice skating

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
