Delivery fees

Door-to-door luggage delivery service: SF Express will arrange to pick up the luggage and transport it to the Hong Kong Airport counter, where guests must retrieve their luggage.

If the address is a hotel, the customer needs to notify the hotel in advance that the luggage will be collected by our company.

Each piece of luggage cannot exceed 30 kg.

Large luggage, such as ski equipment, can be shipped via SF Express or delivered to the airport.

Currently, we do not accept overweight, oversized, or special baggage (animals, food, and perishable items), prohibited items such as firearms, weapons, flammable and explosive materials, corrosive liquids, etc.

After luggage arrives at the airport, if customers pick up their luggage after the first two hours of free storage, relevant storage fees^ will be incurred, and the fees will be paid on-site at the counter.

Storage Fee: If you do not collect your luggage within the free storage period, we will charge an additional HK$14 per hour for each piece of luggage (calculated on an hourly basis, with any partial hour counted as one full hour) or HK$165 per day, whichever is lower.

Large luggage storage fee: If the total dimensions of the luggage exceed 199 cm or the weight exceeds 30 kg, it will be charged as oversized or overweight. Overweight or oversized luggage: An additional HK$14 per hour or HK$165 per day will be charged.

The luggage delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and Tung Chung and Disneyland hotels on Lantau Island. However, it does not include other areas of Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, and restricted areas. Limited services are available in Ma Wan, with door-to-door collection times from 9:00-15:00. The actual collection time is subject to the commissioner's contact.

If guests do not send their luggage by the agreed-upon time, our company will send it on the next available departure, and we cannot guarantee delivery to the airport at the originally scheduled time. Our company will deliver it as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival.

Customers need to go to the "Luggage Storage and Delivery Counter" at Hong Kong International Airport to check in their luggage before the cut-off time.

The "Baggage Storage and Delivery Counter" at Hong Kong International Airport is located in the Arrival Hall A (non-restricted area) of Hong Kong International Airport (L5).

The luggage delivery service covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, the New Territories, and Tung Chung and the Disneyland Hotel on Lantau Island. However, it does not include other areas of Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, and restricted areas.

If the delivery address is a hotel, the customer must have a confirmed hotel reservation

Luggage weight within 30kg

Large luggage, such as ski equipment, can be delivered from the airport to the city via SF Express.

If customers arrive at the Hong Kong International Airport "Baggage Storage and Delivery Counter" after 6:00 PM, the luggage can only be delivered at a specified time the next day (7:30 AM), and an additional storage fee^ will be charged.

^Storage fee: All luggage can enjoy the first 4 hours of free storage (calculated from the time of deposit). HK$14 per hour (billed in hourly increments, with any portion of an hour counted as one hour) or HK$165 per day, whichever is lower.

Door-to-door baggage delivery service: SF Express will arrange to pick up your luggage, and baggage handling specialists will also assist you with check-in procedures. After completion, you can directly retrieve your luggage at the destination airport.

Each piece of luggage must not exceed 30 kg; each piece of luggage must not exceed the airline's luggage weight limit; the length, width, and height dimensions must meet the airline's requirements and the sealed bag size A) 130cm x 100cm or B) 210cm x 60cm. (The final checked volume and weight restrictions are subject to airline regulations.)

Large luggage, such as skiing equipment, can be shipped via SF Express.

Precautions:

Passengers must fly with the designated airline, have completed online check-in, and have obtained an "electronic ticket number."

Currently, reservations are limited to passengers of Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Airlines, and Greater Bay Airlines flights only (however, this service is not applicable to flights to the United States/Israel).

You can book the service as early as 14 days before the flight's departure or as late as 12 hours before the flight's departure.

Luggage collection time is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

The latest available baggage collection time is 5 hours before the flight departure.

The service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and Tung Chung and the Disneyland Resort hotels on Lantau Island. However, it does not include other areas of Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, and restricted areas. Limited service is available in Ma Wan, with door-to-door pick-up time from 9:00-15:00, the actual pick-up time is subject to the commissioner's contact.

According to Hong Kong civil aviation regulations, guests must be present in person and complete the advance check-in procedures with SF Express' baggage handling specialist. Guests need to prepare their passports and other relevant documents in advance for verification by the SF Express baggage handling specialist. After the service is completed, guests will be required to sign a declaration form for record purposes. If it is a hotel address, it is recommended that guests personally arrive at the public area on the ground floor (lobby, restaurant, etc.) for the service specialist to provide face-to-face service. Addresses that require going up and down stairs may be rejected for collection. The baggage size limit is a total length (length + width + height) of less than 199cm, and the longest side is less than 170cm, and the weight is within 30kg (the final decision depends on the flight destination or airline standards). Customers must ensure that the baggage meets the airline's requirements (for example: remove all dangerous goods).

We recommend that passengers arrive at the boarding gate 40 minutes before the plane's departure.
