• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• No visitors will be admitted via the Esplanade entrance (There is a 12-minute walk between the two entrances)

• Latecomers are not allowed to enter

• The presence of flickering lights and high volume during the experience may affect sensitive people

• The experience takes the form of a walk, and there are stairs inside and outside the Hôtel des Invalides

• There are no toilets, changing rooms or catering facilities available on-site

• The show begins 20 minutes after the session time indicated on the ticket and lasts about 50 minutes

• Luggage or large bags are not allowed on-site

• As the venue is a major historic monument, it can be quite cold inside. Please dress in warm clothing, especially during winter. As the waiting area is outside and not sheltered, visitors are encouraged to wear rainwear and comfortable shoes

• Please respect the peace and quiet of the residents by keeping quiet in the vicinity of the Dome
