Audubon Zoo Ticket

Eligibility

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• This activity has no age limit
• Children aged 0-1 can enter free of charge

• • Entrance Process: All guests enter through the main gates. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and staff are available to assist as needed

Sensory & Neurodivergent Support

• • Sensory bags, weighted lap pads, quiet zones and headphones zones are available on-site

Zoo Dining

• • The Zoo offers various dining options with allergy-friendly meals and labeled dietary choices. Please inquire with staff for specific dietary needs.
• • Many cafes and snack stands offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, including salads, pizzas, and plant-based entrees with dedicated options at Zoofari Cafe and Cypress Knee Cafe
• • Zoofari Cafe and Cypress Knee Cafe offer air-conditioned indoor seating, while other locations feature shaded outdoor seating areas

Prohibitions & Limitations

• • Guests may bring outside food and beverages into the Zoo
• • Glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the Zoo
• • Suitcases, backpacks, and coolers (with or without wheels) must not exceed 26.5 L, and each family may only bring one cooler
• • The operator reserves the right to inspect all coolers and backpacks upon entry

General Information

• • Water Stations: Guests may bring their own reusable bottle as refill stations can be found near restrooms and dining areas
• • Gift Shops: Located near the entrance and exit, featuring inclusive and educational products and is fully wheelchair accessible
• • Lost & Found: Located at the Zoo Information Booth
• • Staff support: Trained staff and EMTs are available during operating hours. Visit the Information Booth or ask any uniformed team member.
• • Restrooms: Accessible and family restrooms are available across the Zoo, including two dedicated family restrooms
• • Changing Tables: Located in all family and accessible restrooms
• • Nursing Room: Please ask a staff member for assistance in locating a quiet and private space if needed.

Mobility & Physical Accessibility

• • Wheelchairs: Strollers, manual wheelchairs, and electronic wheelchairs are available for rent at the Guest Services Information Booth
• • Accessible Restrooms: Family and accessible restrooms are located throughout the Zoo
• • Seating: Benches and rest areas are available throughout the Zoo
• • Service Animals: Trained service animals are welcome. For the safety of our animals and guests, they are not permitted in Watoto Walk, Wings of the World, or the Audubon Aviary

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
