• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late

• From 1 June 2025 to 30 November 2025, Allegro Restaurant and the Main Pool will be undergoing renovations. Guests may refer to the renovation announcement and the renovation map for alternative dining options during the renovation period

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

• You need to make a reservation in advance to enjoy the treatment at your preferred date and time
• Reservation method:
• Due to limited capacity and no time slot reservation guarantees for third parties, it is strongly recommended to make your own reservation directly at Amuma Spa to easily confirm and secure your preferred time slot

If your preferred timeslot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative timeslot
