  • Guests are advised to check the Aletsch arena timetable on the day of travel to ensure selected lifts are operating, as maintenance may affect availability. Please note that cancellations are not permitted due to maintenance closures

  • Selected hiking trails and viewpoints, including Bettmerhorn and Eggishorn, are accessible for guests using wheelchairs

  • Guests who purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card option should present their card for verification

  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
