Arrive at the destination 18.00 or afterwards
For schedule delivery, driver will pick up luggage within 3 hours after drop-off time (cannot appoint time)
Pick Up at AIRPORTELs counter Shopping Mall and Airport: You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours from your original drop off time. If your luggage stays for more than 24 hours, an additional surcharge of THB100/bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs staff
Luggage must not exceed 30 kgs in weight. If it exceeds, the merchant has the right to ask for an additional surcharge or reject the booking

If the drop off place is at Hotel, please be notified that the name of booking or reservation should be aligned with the hotel reservation name. And please proceed to drop off or pick up your luggage from hotel's concierge. You are NOT required to wait for AIRPORTELs staff to collect the luggage once depositing it at the hotel.
Note: If the drop off place is at Hotel, please present the following notification to the receptionist: “AIRPORTELs Luggage Service จะเป็นผู้ขนส่งกระเป๋าที่ฝากของลูกค้าท่านนี้”
