Hourly tickets do not allow entry and exit at will during the middle of the session. You will need to purchase a new ticket to enter the park again. Full-day tickets allow entry and exit at any time on the same day.
Hourly ticket entry requires a deposit of ￥50 (public holidays) / 60 (weekdays), timing starts from entry, and overtime requires a fee of ￥20 / per half hour (less than half an hour is calculated as half an hour); until the deposit is used up (automatically upgraded to a full-day ticket)
