Additional information

• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• There are no toilets on board, but there are ample washroom facilities in the Terminal Building. You are strongly recommended to use the toilet prior to boarding their cabin

• Illegal substances and/or legal highs are strictly prohibited. Participants found possessing, using, or appear to be under the influence of illegal substances and/or legal highs will be refused admission or removed from the Ain Dubai

• Unnecessary noise, (such as that from the use of radio sets, personal stereos, and other electrical equipment), or any behavior likely to cause annoyance to other visitors or confusion of any kind is not permitted on or in the Ain Dubai Attraction

• All cabins are designed to ensure the safety of passengers at all times. Each cabin contains an intercom, fire sensors, and CCTV cameras and is equipped with safety equipment, rescue equipment, fire extinguishers, and a defibrillator unit

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
